Permanent Jewelry • Family • All the Things
Welcome, y’all! I’m Amary — a permanent jewelry trainer and small-town girl from Brownwood, Texas who somehow manages to blend mom life, sports life, business life, and all the chaos in between.

✨ It just feels different…
If I’m being honest, this season has me in my feelings a little bit.
The end of the school year always seems busy, but this year felt different. Between baseball games, school activities, banquets, awards, practices, and everything else that comes with raising teenagers, I’ve found myself looking around and realizing just how quickly time is moving.
My boys aren’t little anymore.
And while there was a time that thought would have absolutely broken me, today it just makes me want to soak it all in.
A few weeks ago, one of the most special moments we’ve experienced as a family happened when both of my boys were baptized.
As a mom, there are moments you know you’ll never forget, and that was one of them.
Standing there and watching them publicly declare their faith was a reminder that some of the most important things in life can’t be measured by a paycheck, a promotion, or a sales goal.
Those moments remind you what really matters.
And honestly, they’ve made me think a lot about success.
Because if you had asked me years ago what success looked like, my answer probably would have sounded very different.
I would have talked about goals.
Sales.
Achievements.
Growth.
And don’t get me wrong—I still love all of those things.
I love setting goals. I love helping people. I love building businesses.
But these days, success looks a little different.
Success looks like being able to leave work and make it to the ball field.
Success looks like family dinners.
Success looks like watching my boys grow into young men.
Success looks like having the flexibility to be present for the moments I know I can’t get back.

More Than Just Selling Jewelry
When people see what I do, they often think I sell permanent jewelry.
And yes, that’s true.
I absolutely love helping people celebrate special moments with permanent jewelry here in Brownwood, Texas.
I love helping friends get matching bracelets.
I love seeing mothers and daughters create memories together.
I love watching customers pick out a piece that means something special to them.
But what I’ve realized is that my favorite part isn’t actually the jewelry.
It’s the people.
It’s the relationships.
It’s the stories.
It’s the community.
And over the last few years, something incredible has happened.
What started as selling permanent jewelry has turned into helping women build businesses of their own.
As a permanent jewelry trainer, I’ve had the opportunity to welcome so many women into this industry. Women who wanted extra income. Women who wanted flexibility. Women who wanted something that fit around their families instead of pulling them away from them.
We’ve built an amazing community of women who support each other, encourage each other, and celebrate each other’s wins.
And honestly, that has become one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
Because every woman who joins isn’t just another number.
She’s a person with dreams.
A family.
Goals.
A story.
And getting to be a small part of helping someone build confidence and create opportunities for themselves never gets old.

Starting the Podcast
Another thing I’ve done recently that has pushed me outside my comfort zone is starting the Linked & Led Podcast.
For a long time, I had the idea sitting in the back of my mind.
One day.
When I have more time.
When I feel more prepared.
When things slow down.
But if we’re being honest, life rarely slows down.
So I finally decided to start.
And it’s quickly become one of my favorite things.
The podcast gives me a place to talk about permanent jewelry, entrepreneurship, leadership, faith, freedom, family, and all the things that make up real life.
It’s a place where I can share lessons I’ve learned, things I’m currently walking through, and hopefully encourage other women who are trying to build businesses and lives that actually fit them.
Not someone else’s version of success.
Their own.

Community Over Competition
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that there is room for all of us.
There is room for more women to win.
There is room for more women to start businesses.
There is room for more women to chase their dreams.
I don’t believe success has to come at someone else’s expense.
In fact, some of the greatest joy I’ve found has come from helping others succeed.
Whether that’s through permanent jewelry training, mentoring, the podcast, or simply showing up and encouraging someone who needs it, I’ve realized that community matters.
People matter.
Relationships matter.
And life is just better when we do it together.

What Success Looks Like Today
Today, success looks a lot different than it did a few years ago.
Success looks like watching my boys get baptized.
Success looks like baseball games and school activities.
Success looks like building a business that gives me flexibility.
Success looks like helping women start businesses of their own.
Success looks like serving customers through permanent jewelry in Brownwood, Texas.
Success looks like launching a podcast that allows me to share my heart.
Success looks like building community.
Most of all, success looks like creating a life that aligns with my faith, my family, and the things that matter most.
The older I get, the more I realize that success isn’t about doing more.
It’s about being present for what matters.
And right now, in this season, that’s exactly where I want to be.
